Estimates & Pricing: Quotes are based on typical lawn conditions. Overgrown, inaccessible, or debris‑heavy yards may require additional charges; we’ll communicate and obtain approval before work begins.

Scheduling & Weather: Service may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or site conditions. We’ll notify you promptly and offer the next available time.

Property Preparation: Please clear toys, hoses, pet waste, and other obstacles before service. We are not responsible for damage to hidden items or loose debris struck by equipment.

Satisfaction: If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to address it.

Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Licensing & Insurance

Fully insured. For specialty services that require a state license (e.g., irrigation or chemical applications), we perform the work only if properly licensed or coordinate with licensed partners. License details available upon request.
